Applications can be submitted (for Serial No. 1 to 3) at https://hec.gov.pk. Candidates should create a profile on Education Testing Council to submit applications online.
Candidates must pay a fee by filling in a Challan Form downloaded from the ETC website. The copies of Paid Challan Form should be uploaded during the online submission of the application.
Applications for this Art. No. 4 through 8 should be sent to the undersigned directly. They can forward their applications to the Section Officer (Admin), Ministry of Defence Production, Pak Secretariat Drone II Unit, Adam Jee Road, Rawalpindi Cantt.
