Physical Requirements for Rescue 1122 Jobs 2021

Running: Men under 30: 1 mile in 10 minutes.
Running: Men over 30 and women of all ages: 1 mile in 12 minutes.
Setup and push ups: 25 per minute (excluding women).
Height: The minimum height for men of all cadres except DERT Rescuers Serial No. 11 is 5 feet 4 inches, with a minimum height of 5 feet.
The minimum height for women of all cadres is 5 feet.
Chest: DERT for men of all cadres should be no less than 33 inches except for rescuers.

After the final interview, the selected candidates along with call letters will be sent to National Emergency Services Academy Rescue 1122, Lahore for 4 months of professional training in every field of rescue skills.

The final selection of candidates will be made after completion of 4 months of successful training and 6 months of probation. During the training, the trainees will be given a fixed award by the department according to the specific cadre. Candidates who are left out at any stage of the election will not stand anywhere, waiting candidates will be called along.
